INGREDIENTS:
- 150 grams golden caster sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 150 grams self raising flour
- 50 grams cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon semi-skimmed milk
- 150 grams unsalted butter

- First of all you will have to preheat the oven to gas mark 3, which I believe is 170C and 325F. Also you will have to line you baking tray.

3. In a measuring jug or a glass whisk the eggs, vanilla esseence and the milk.

4. A little at a time add the eggs, vanilla and milk to the beaten butter. Remember: DO NOT RUSH THIS AS YOU MIXTURE WILL CURDLE(if it does curdle by accident, make sure to add 1 tablespoon of flour to fix it).

5. Once all of it has combined add the sifted flour and the sifted cocoa powder.

6. Fold all of it in to make sure all the air bubble remain in the mix. If you mix it like normal all the air bubble will escape.

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:
50 grams Butter (has to be room temp.)
100 grams Cream cheese
250 grams Icing sugar
1/2 teaspoon Lemon juice

1.In a bowl put your butter and you icing sugar in a bowl, and whisk with an electric whisk for 3 mins ( it's better to this with an electric whisk because doing it by hand can be very time consuming)
2. Than add your cream cheese and lemon juice and begin to whisk for about a minute. And there you have you frosting done.
3. With the back of a spoon dollop some of the cream cheese frosting on top and crumble some cake on top.
